Awareness Exercise 03 - Where Your Focus Breaks
Before you begin, take a moment to slow down.
This is not an exercise about becoming perfectly focused.
It is simply an opportunity to observe your attention more clearly.
Many of us assume focus disappears because we lack discipline or motivation, when actually focus breaks for more subtle reasons.
Your brain is constantly responding to:
distractions
uncertainty
mental fatigue
emotional discomfort
novelty
unfinished thoughts
This exercise is designed to help you notice where your attention tends to shift and what may be pulling it away.
